Animal Humane New Mexico has an opportunity for an energetic person to join our Thrift Store as a Transportation Driver. Our Thrift Store boasts an enjoyable working environment with skilled leadership. Our well-trained team creates a positive experience for customers & staff alike.
Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent & a valid New Mexico driver’s license with a good driving record. Applicants must possess 2 years of experience driving, loading & unloading a box truck & operating a Tommy lift. Previous thrift store experience & being bilingual in English & Spanish are a plus. Candidates must also possess good judgement & decision making skills, be well organized & able to adhere to a time schedule. Candidates must be experienced in safe lifting practices & moving heavy items, & be physically capable of safely lifting 50 to 75 pounds routinely.
