Date(s) - 07/27/2017
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
7-week course designed for working with distractions.
Train Your Dog to Listen Anytime, Anywhere!
Distractions are everywhere and when they are present it makes it hard for our dogs to pay attention. In this class you will learn how to maintain your dog’s attention and have more control in situations that can be difficult. You will learn how to use the basic manners that you have learned through obedience training and apply them successfully in day-to-day situations. Learn how to build advanced skills with your pet that can either put you on track for starting in canine sports (Agility, Rally, Obedience or Freestyle), getting your pet’s CGC (Canine Good Citizen) certification, performing fun tricks, or just creating wonderful and reliable behaviors. This class will advance your skills through clicker training, a great communication tool.
Open for dogs ages 5 months and older.
Pre-requisite: Must have completed Civilized Canine or 505 Pit Crew.
Familiarity with clicker training is extremely helpful but not required.
