Ethel, the deaf puppy whose story we shared on Monday, found her forever home today with Abigayl! She will enjoy her life with another dog named Kota who will teach her everything that a dog needs to know. Abigayl has fostered pets for local rescues and decided to keep her name as Ethel, because she has an old soul.
