In accordance with our Governor’s reinstated directive & to do our part to reduce the risk of spread of COVID-19, we ask you to follow these requirements:
If you, a household member or a guest to your home have traveled into or outside of the state of New Mexico within the last two weeks OR if you, a household member or a guest to your home is exhibiting any known signs or symptoms associated with COVID-19, you will not be permitted to enter our Main Campus, Westside Adoption Center, Thrift Shop & The Center until you have self-quarantined for 14 days.
Please note ALL persons who enter any of our locations are required to wear a face covering & practice appropriate social distancing.
All Animal Humane New Mexico Guests, Team members & Volunteers will be required to wear face coverings when visiting any of our locations. Face coverings must securely cover the nose & mouth.
All Animal Humane New Mexico Guests, Team members & Volunteers on site at any of our locations will be required to practice keeping a 6-foot distance from others & follow all posted directional signage & markers.
Westside Adoption Center:
The Animal Humane Westside Adoption Center is now open for kitten adoptions by appointment only on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm. Effective 7/28/20.
The Center at Animal Humane:
The Center is back to normal operations & hours effective 6/12/20. Please visit website.
Thrift Store Hours: 10 am – 6 pm Tuesday through Sunday. Closed Monday. Effective 09/08/2020.
Donation drop-off: 10 am – noon Tuesday through Saturday. Please note, these hours are subject to change based on the high volume of donations accepted in our processing area. Effective 09/08/2020.
Unfortunately, at this time we will not be offering at-home pickups.
Only credit card payments will be accepted.
Thrift Shop capacity will be limited to comply with government directives.
