7-week course designed for working with distractions.
Train Your Dog to Listen Anytime, Anywhere!
Distractions are everywhere and when they are present it makes it hard for our dogs to pay attention. In this class you will learn how to maintain your dog’s attention and have more control in situations that could be difficult. You will learn how utilizing basic manners that you have learned through obedience training and apply them to day to day situations. Learn how to build advanced skills with your pet that can either put you on track for starting in canine sports (Agility, Rally, Obedience or Freestyle), getting your pet’s CGC (Canine Good Citizen) certification, performing fun tricks, or just creating wonderful and reliable behaviors. This class will teach more advanced skills through clicker training, a great communication tool. We’ll cover important and fun advance training basics such as distraction work, targeting, directional cues, working with distance, and much more.
