No one seems to want me. I’ve been looking for my new person since I was picked up as a stray in Corrales last August. After spending 7 months waiting for a new home at the Corrales Kennels where I had a big fan club, I was brought to Animal Humane in March to see if with more people coming to meet me, I’d find that forever home. No luck yet!
I’m a mellow, 8 year old Lab/Pit mix. Love taking gentle walks – I wouldn’t dream of pulling on the leash – also love car rides. Love to be comfortable – I pull my dog bed with me – inside or outside, depending on where I plan to nap. My only requirement for my new home is that I be loved as the only dog. After living so long in kennels, I deserve to be the only one in your life.
So if you are looking for a gentle, courteous companion, please come and take me home! Love the team here, but I need my own person.
