You Bought Cookies and Saved Pets!

Thank you for making the fifth annual Buy A Cookie- Save A Pet Cookie Campaign a success! During the month of April, the chefs in the Flying Star Café bakery made thousands of Animal Humane Logo Cookies and sold them in every Flying Star Café and Satellite Coffee store for $2.00. Our friends at First Community Bank also sold the cookies in all of their branches. For every cookie that our supporters in the community bought, we received $1.00 to benefit our pet residents. At the end of the month, we received a check from Flying Star and Satellite Coffee for $25,184.00. Thank you to every person that bought and enjoyed the famous cookies and to 99.5 Magic FM for promoting the cookies.  Our pet residents were the true beneficiaries of every sugar rush.
