Yes. Our mission is to treat patients that would not get the care they need otherwise. Proof of low income qualification must be provided at check in or services will not be rendered.
WHAT IS THE COST IF I DO NOT QUALIFY?
Only low income-qualified client can be seen for veterinary care. Unless you qualify, the only services available to the general public are the vaccine/microchips/license clinics and euthanasia services. Shot clinic are offered on the second Friday of every month. Prices at these clinics are the same for everyone regardless of income, and these services are available only at the monthly shot clinics.
Euthanasia services are offered to the general public to prevent unnecessary suffering.
CAN I BRING MY PROOF OF LOW INCOME WHEN I COME TO PICK UP MY PET?
No. Proof of low income status must be provided at check in or services will not be rendered. We regret this requirement, but occasionally, dishonest people make this policy necessary.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS?
A city license will be issued free to senior citizens 65 years of age or older provided their pet has been sterilized, vaccinated for rabies and microchipped.
