Donna Stumpf, Director of Development
A Wisconsin native, I moved to New Mexico in 1987. The Land of Enchantment is the perfect fit for me; I love the open skies and the beautiful people that reside here. I entered the nonprofit world as a membership manager at a NPR member station and was instantly hooked on the 501(c)3 environment. In January 2007, I joined Animal Humane's Team as the Development Director - again the perfect fit. Every day I continued to be impressed with the collective passion, knowledge and drive of our staff, volunteers and Board of Directors. I'm also moved by the devotion shown by our longtime and first time donors. Collectively we are improving the lives of homeless pets in our community one life at a time. We are also succeeding in keeping pets with their families by providing medical, behavioral and basic care services that pet parents need. I feel privileged to be a part of this incredible Team.
My partner, Tim, and I are the proud parents of Orbit, an orange tabby, and Sassafras, an American shorthair tortie - both Animal Humane graduates. |
